How do I get guaranteed best rates?
Simply call us on (02) 6882 3944, email bookings@matildamotorinn.com.au, or book direct on this website to ensure you get the very best rates available. When you book on third party websites you have to pay extra fees – avoid this, book direct with us at Matilda Motor Inn. 

What is the earliest I can Check-in?
Check in is from 2pm. To request an early check-in, please contact reception the day before you arrive. We will always try to get you into your room early, but please note sometimes this is not possible due to high number of rooms that have to be cleaned each morning. Additional charges may apply. Check out is 10am.

Can I arrive late?
Yes, please give us a call or email in advance if you're planning to arrive after 6pm.

Do you have off-street parking?
Yes, you will be able to park your car right out the front of your room. There is one car park per room. If you are travelling with a trailer or a larger vehicle, contact us to make arrangements.  We do have several longer car parks available.

Are your rooms non-smoking?
Yes, all rooms at Matilda Motor Inn are non-smoking.

Can I cook in my room?
Cooking in guest rooms is strictly forbidden by NSW Health Authorities with the exception of the use of the kettle, toaster and microwave provided, and the full kitchen facilities in our two cottages.

If there is physical evidence, or smell which indicates there was cooking in a room, a charge of $300 will be made against the credit card provided to the motel at the time of making the booking and/or at the time of checking in.

Do you have housekeeping service for long stay?
Yes, housekeeping service is often daily to our guests. However if you only require a weekly service, please let us know.  Rooms are not serviced on Sundays and Public Holidays. If you would like your rooms services on these days, you will need to request this when you check in.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
Yes, we have FREE WIFI available in the guest room and also in the reception area as well.  

Do you have a restaurant onsite?
Yes, Tilly’s Restaurant is a popular restaurant for both our guests and locals. Tilly’s is open for dinner Monday to Saturday from 6pm. We are not open for dinners on Public Holidays. 

Do you cater for events, parties or functions?
Yes, please contact us today to organise your next event. Whether it be a birthday party, a workplace education session or a function, we can cater for your every need. A range of food and beverage packages can be tailored to meet your group requirements.

Do you supply breakfast?
Breakfast is available at extra charge in the  restaurant or room service 7 days from 6.30am to 9am weekdays and from 7.30am oon weekends. There are cooked and continental options available.  Room service orders need to be at reception by 7pm the evening prior.  For those planning an early start, why not order a continental breakfast which can be delivered to the room the evening before departure?

Can I charge my EV on site?
You sure can, we have an Electric Car Charging Station conveniently located on site. 

How close are you to the Zoo?
Matilda Motor Inn is just 10 minutes (5km) by car to the Taronga Western Plains Zoo. If you want to ride your bikes to the Zoo, it is an easy 15 minute ride.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
We understand that plans change, however we ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. That is, by 2pm the day prior to your booking arrival date. For long weekends, festival weekends and group booking, cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to check in date. For cancellations received within this time, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged. Group bookings of 5+ rooms are required to pay a deposit of the first night of accommodation for all rooms to confirm the booking. Cancellations must be made 30 days + in advance to get a refund. 

How do I guarantee by booking?
Credit card details are required to secure room bookings. For extended bookings or large group bookings, or peak season bookings a deposit may be requested at the discretion of the Matilda Motor Inn management.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex (surcharges apply).

Do you accept coach and bus tour booking?
Yes, Coach and Bus Tours group bookings are welcome at Matilda Motor Inn. Please call (02) 6882 3944 to talk to our friendly staff or email bookings@matildamotorinn.com.au

Do you have office services?
Office services such as faxing, emailing and printing are available at reception. Don’t forget you also have free WIFI in your room.
